transmothrathe good news: Jimmy Carter this morning won the Nobel Peace Prize. yay Jimmy! the only truly noble president we've had since i've been alive.
the bad: the House and Senate have declared Dubya can damn well do as he pleases with regard to attacking Iraq, against the express wishes of the vast majority of their constituents. foolish, foolish people.
