devised new regimen of ritual and exercise to begin very shortly, in order to infuse more power into my being. i don't think i'll blow this one off, since i'm suddenly finding more focus from somewhere. may be the Phoenix gene.

also writing more new music on the guitar.

p.s., Cedrick's new show kinda sucks, but Fast Lane fuckin' rocks. i don't watch much TV, but this one will definitely stay. mark my words, Fast Lane will be around a long time. it's even better than New York Undercover, and that's saying something. as far as i'm concerned, it's the new Starsky & Hutch, only hipper.
