Jan. 6th, 2003 04:38 amcleaned up some more code at transmothra.com. still have to update the LJ style though. ugh. i'm gonna do it RIGHT this time. i'm thinking of also doing the PHP thing to embed the fucker into transmothra.com.
also, i'm finally down in the 160's. looking noticeably thinner, too. i haven't run into anybody who hasn't mentioned it, even the ones who've seen me in the last few weeks already. go me! my Photoshop pants might just be Paint Shop Pro pants by now. gimme another week and they'll be MSDraw pants, and then we'll be back to regular old tempuras.
i'm almost out of cigarettes. 2 left. dear _____, help me!

Jan. 6th, 2003 04:54 ami've been sleeping an awful lot lately. an awful lot. probably a combination of mild depression and my body's energy expenditure in fighting off this damn bronchitis, etc.
today, i woke up and PBS was on. i didn't know at the time what it was, but it was the most brilliant and absurd thing i have ever seen. it was a film, it was Irish, and though it was obviously supposed to be funny as well as serious, i could not laugh. it was tragic and beautiful... it was Art, man! it cleansed me and made me new, or else it gave me something new to explore.

3) i applied for an "electronic layout" position today. wish me luck, as its the only job i've found in months that stands a remote chance of not causing me to want to die. of course, it might help things if every single fucking URL on my resume weren't FUCKING DOWN right now.
